General Terms and Conditions for the Discover 3D-Printed Teardrop Trailer Offer

These terms and conditions («Terms») apply to the exclusive offer for the Discover 3D-Printed Teardrop Trailer («Product») provided by Lemki Robotix and iSCALE3D («Company») to customers.

1. Offer Details

1.1. The offer provides a 20% discount on the Discover 3D model in the optimal configuration.
1.2. The standard price of the Product is €21,500, reduced to €17,200 with this offer.
1.3. The offer is valid until January 31, 2027.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This offer is available only to customers who make an advance payment of €1,000 before the offer deadline.
2.2. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

3. Advance Payment

3.1. To secure the discount, customers must pay a non-refundable advance payment of €1,000.
3.2. The advance payment will be applied toward the total purchase price of the Product.

4. Delivery Timeline

4.1. Orders will be processed and delivered in the sequence in which payments are received. As a result, no guaranteed delivery date can be provided.
4.2. The completion of the first campers is scheduled for mid-2027. Customers will be notified promptly about the production status and the estimated delivery timeline for their camper.
4.3. Delays outside the Company’s control (e.g., supply chain disruptions, force majeure events) may occur and affect production and delivery schedules. In such cases, the Company will inform customers as soon as possible.

5. Product Specifications

5.1. The Product specifications, including materials, design, and features, are as outlined on the Company’s official website (https://iscale3d.com/).
5.2. Minor variations in appearance or performance due to the 3D printing process may occur and are not grounds for refund or cancellation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. EU Customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform the Company of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). If customers withdraw from the contract within this period, the Company will reimburse all payments received, including the advance payment, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision to withdraw.
6.2. US Customers: The advance payment of €1,000 is non-refundable unless the Company fails to deliver the Product as per the agreed timeline. Customers who cancel their order after paying the advance will forfeit the advance payment. If the Company is unable to fulfill the order, customers will receive a full refund of their advance payment.

7. Warranty

7.1. The Product comes with a standard manufacturer warranty, details of which will be provided at the time of delivery.
7.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
8.2. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the Product.

9. Privacy

9.1. Customer information provided during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
9.2. Personal data will only be used for order processing and communication related to this offer.

10. Modification of Terms

10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
10.2. Any modifications will be communicated to customers via email or the Company’s official website.

11. Governing Law

11.1. EU Customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your EU Member State].
